What We’re Doing to Address Covid-19 Concerns
As electricians, our primary concern has always been customer safety. These days, we are particularly focused on keeping both our customers and our employees safe and healthy. Toward that goal:
- We educate our staff on an ongoing basis on best practices, such as proper hygiene and social distancing. To the extent possible, we regularly disinfect our trucks and equipment.
- Employees who feel ill are instructed not to report to work. They stay home – with pay. Electricians and staff who conduct in-home customer visits are only dispatched to customer homes if they are healthy.
- The majority of our work involves activity in basements, garages, and outdoors. Work involving other areas of the home will be minimized and deferred to the future wherever possible.
