There’s a special knack for working in older homes, and at times it’s actually kind of an art. Lots of electricians are good at new construction, additions, and the like; we do those things, and we do them well. We excel, though, at tricky work in old houses. Maybe for that reason, we’re also especially good at troubleshooting, at finding and fixing problems. Our regular customers include property management companies, remodeling contractors, and homeowners of all kinds. We’ve mastered the art of working in older homes, from 20 to 200 or more years old.
